Carla Nails comes to ICA with a solid reputation as a top-notch training coordinator. Corporations and universities regularly seek her out to organize and lead classes because of her approachable nature and participatory teaching style. Carla serves as the coordinator for ICA’s online webinars and presentations. She is responsible for communicating with ICA’s Speakers Bureau where she assists our presenters with the process of conducting their presentation and using the GoToWebinar tools. Carla earned a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with an equivalent in psychology from Michigan State University. She also earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan. She is certified as a Customer Service and Leadership Instructor by Achieve Global, an international company that specializes in corporate training and consulting. Carla’s career includes affiliations with many well-known corporations and educational institutions including AT&T, Bellsouth, CDC, Chrysler Automotive Groups, Discovery Learning Inc., Georgia State University, Georgia Department of Labor, Michigan Department of Labor, Spelman College, and TSA.
